Do you remember the “crazies” who used to wrap their heads with aluminum foil saying they needed protection from aliens with mind probe weapons?

I have a friend who keeps saying “We’re doomed!” … think about it … (no, never mind, don’t think about it … because they may be probing you mind right now)

Many people are concerned about their 2^nd amendment rights … they don’t want to give up their right to own firearms.  Many people feel that our cowboy six-gun days are over and there is no need to be armed like that.  One thing is certain … as a society we don’t agree on this point.

Advocates of our gun rights state that we have a right to protect ourselves and there are times when we don’t have the luxury of waiting until the police show up.  They make a solid logical point when they suggest that if you make firearms illegal … only the criminals will have them.  After all they are obviously not interested in abiding by the law anyway.  And that leaves the average citizen unprotected … until the police show up.  Further, they claim the 2^nd amendment was never about “hunting” at all.  It was about the citizen being able to protect themselves … even against the government itself.  That protection process is what they referred to as “militia”.

Certainly there are a lot of nuts running around with weapons and we can agree that they perhaps shouldn’t have access to firearms.  But I am troubled by one facet of that idea … who decides?  Right now … yes right now … they are groping people at airports and other public venues.  I, for one, am satisfied they will never find one of those scary terrorists guys in my underwear or in my wife’s bra.  The practice of assuming everyone that wants to use public transportation is automatically a potential terrorist tells me I need to fear the people who dream up these troubling government schemes to protect us from our rights.

For me what is really frightening is that the clever people in Washington have discover a ploy called “Lateral Arabesque”.  They have figured out that the fight to eliminate the 2^nd amendment would just be too hard to win … so … their approach is the “end run” around the problem.  They will use an agreement to codify the United Nations gun ban (and hope no one will notice).

The joy and the fear (together):  “One day they will announce that everyone must turn in their guns … I don’t mean just in America … I mean everyone everywhere.”  I know what you’re thinking … a lot of people won’t do it.

But here is the rub … they don’t want your guns.  Did you really think that is what it’s about … did you really think that the average citizen is going to be willing to challenge a military force coming to disarm citizens?  They wouldn’t stand much of a chance would they?  They are after the people who believe they have some God-given right to protect themselves and the plan is to eliminate them … for good (as in, forever).

So folks … give it up!  What they really want to eliminate is our rights … all of them … and all of the people who think they have rights.  That’s why they grope you at the airport … it’s the beginning of your training … that the rights you will enjoy are the rights they decide you should have … and you had better not disagree.  If you haven’t tried refusing to be groped at the airport you should give it a whirl … you’ll find out very quickly what rights they are willing to let you keep and which ones they have already taken.  Refuse to be groped and then try to leave … I challenge you.

No links this time … Just a commentary on statistics.  Here are some interesting facts.  I have been writing blogs since July when I came to the conclusion that there were some things going on here in the good old US of A that I thought its citizens should be aware of … and perhaps even concerned about. 

I was a bit surprised to find I have blog readers from all over the world … but even more surprised after a statistical look at the numbers and comparisons.

In July (by percentage) pages read were … US 62% … Czech 35 % … Unknown 3%

In Aug pages read were … US 56% … Czech 20% … Unknown 20% … GrtBr 3% … Canada 1%

In Sept pages read were … US 49% … Czech 28% … Unknown 20% … Canada 2% … GrtBr 1%

In Oct pages read were … US 40% … Czech 34% … Unknown 23% … GrtBr 2% … other 1%

In Nov pages read are … Czech 43% … US 36% … Unknown 19% … Other 2%

Statistically speaking, of the pages read … 48.6% of the time it was read by someone in the US … and by contrast 32% of the readers were Czechs (fascinating).  Or another way to say it is 48.6% of the pages were in read in the US … while 51.4% were read by people outside the US.

Is it just me or is there something wrong with this picture?  And why, in November, do the Czech people have more interest than people right here in the US (curious, wouldn’t you say)?

Is it because the elections are over and no one here cares about any of this till the next election?  Are the “Conspiracy Theorists” right and everyone in America has been put to sleep?

I did not write this but I think everyone should read it … and go through all the attached reference links too (it’s important to have all the background material you can get).  You may or may not agree with it, in whole or in part, but you should think about what is being proposed.

This talks about a system where the playing field is leveled and the controlling factions that have poisoned our air, water, and soil … copyrighted our food, and crippled our world economies is dethroned.  It talks about revealing the real truth of human history, releasing energy technologies that have been stifled, and erasing unjust debts.  It talks about establishing human sovereignty and protecting earth’s resources from the plundering which has only served to make the rich richer.

I am interested in comments and ideas too … as, I’m sure, are the authors of the linked article.

IMF's epic plan to conjure away debt and dethrone bankers

Well I didn’t write this one either … but I wonder … could it really be this simple?

It has been said that money is the root of all evil … but I don’t think it’s the money itself, I think it’s greed that is at the root of all evil.  And we already know that owing the bankers full face value for money they print out of thin air IS WRONG.  They are strangling our world economies just so they can get rich and end up owning everything with the parlor trick they call money.

I don’t know if the IMF plan is a fully developed solution but I am 100% in favor of taking away the “print money from thin air” concept.

More on Fracking!

As if it isn’t bad enough that fracking uses Methanol, BTEX compounds, Diesel Fuel, Lead, Hydrogen Fluoride, Naphthalene, Sulfuric Acid, Crystalline Silica, Formaldehyde, Toluene, Benzene, arsenic, and other unknown chemicals to pry oil and gas loose from the shale rock.  And all this stuff leaks into the nearby soils and waters. 

There are apparently two other completely unforeseen issues.

1.       While all this toxic stuff fouls our air, water, and soil … the oil industry runs TV commercials claiming what they do is safe and a scientifically sound process (they use a pretty lady, it’s very effective).  Plus they coax the public into supporting the fracking process because they tell us it’s good for the economy and creates jobs. 

2.       According to a report issued by John Hurdle of the New York Times (filed with legal documents supporting the claim) … Pennsylvania officials, in their report on private wells in the state, left out the part about poisons in the drinking water. 

So now it isn’t just the crazed corporatocracy out to make a profit no matter what they destroy in the process … they have the benefit of government officials who (according to John’s report) are willing to withhold information from the public about the safety of the drinking water from their wells.
